Official Rules

Eligibility: Sweepstakes entries are limited to the United States and District of Columbia and Canada (excl. Quebec), and are void where prohibited. Must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your state or eligible province of legal residence, whichever is older, to enter. Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. 

Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Joyburst (“Sponsor”), 1599 Hurontario St, Unit 100., Mississauga, ON L5G 4S1 Canada. 

How to enter: The Sweepstakes will begin on or about 1:00 PM on June 5, 2024 and end at 11:59 PM on June 13, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times are Eastern Daylight Time.  Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for these Sweepstakes.  You must be a registered member/user, in good standing of the Instagram social media platform (www.instagram.com) (the "Platform") in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Registration is free and can be obtained by downloading the Platform’s application to your mobile device or visiting the Platform’s website (listed above) and filling out the required information to obtain an account (an “Account”). You must accept the Platform’s terms and polices in order to create an Account. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing (either via the Platform’s direct message functionality or at the address listed above) if you change your Account. You may enter the Sweepstakes by following and “liking” the Sponsor’s post located at [enter Instagram URL], and commenting on “what brings you joy from the inside and out”. Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete entries or those which do not conform to the Sweepstakes requirements will be disqualified.   

The Prize: One (1) year supply of Joyburst Renew Hydration: Twelve (12) units of our 18-count package ($300 USD) and Disney and Pixar’sInside Out 2promotional items: 1 adult and kid t-shirt, 1 plastic water bottle, 1 cap, bath towel, 1 stress ball, 1 tote bag, 1 sheet of reusable transparent stickers and 1 notebook. ($200 USD) (the “Prize”). Exact items to be determined by Sponsor (defined below) in its sole discretion. All values are the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the items at the time this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is taking place. Total ARV of all items being awarded is $500 USD. No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is nontransferable. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner (defined below).  

Terms and Conditions 

1. By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these official rules (“Official Rules”). 
   
   
2. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify Sweepstakes in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the Sweepstakes in its entirety if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. 
   
   
3. Effective date of entries. Entries will be effective on the day received. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges.
   
   
4. Selection of One (1) Winner. A potential winner (“Winner”) will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be held as soon as is commercially reasonable on or about 3:00 PM on June 14, 2024 (“Drawing Date”). Winner must agree to the use of their name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   
   
5. Notification of Winner. Winner will be notified via DM within forty-eight (48) hours of the Drawing Date. Winner must contact the Sponsor within five (5) calendar days from the date the notification is sent by Sponsor to claim their Prize. Failure to contact Sponsor within five (5) days will result in immediate disqualification of the selected Winner and an alternate Winner will be selected. If the potential Winner is a resident of Canada, he or she will be required to answer correctly a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (the “Question”) without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared the Winner and be eligible to collect the Prize. A potential Winner’s failure to provide a correct response to the Question will result in immediate disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.  All decisions are final and binding. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify Winner.
   
   
6. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used to create the Instagram account.
   
   
7. Odds of winning. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. 
   
   
8. Other conditions. Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. 
   
   
9. Indemnification. You agree to release and hold Sponsor, Disney, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Meta Platforms, Inc. 
   
   
10. Choice of law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Canada, Province of Ontario; provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes. 
    
    
11. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy currently located athttps://joyburst.com/policies/privacy-policy.
    
    
12. Sponsor will provide a Winner’s list upon request. To obtain a winner’s list for this Sweepstakes (after June 13, 2024 and before July 13, 2024) or a copy of these Official Rules (before June 13, 2024), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Joyburst,1599 Hurontario St, Unit 100., Mississauga, ON L5G 4S1 Canada.
