However, please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Accidents happen, and we’re here to make it right! If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@joyburst.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED Order #XXXXX," and include a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
